BAKGRUND. Oral lichen planus (OLP) är en relativt vanlig kronisk autoimmun sjukdom som påverkar munslemhinnan. OLP ingår i familjen lichenoida vävnadsreaktioner, tillsammans med lichenoida kontaktreaktioner, lichenoida läkemedelsreaktioner, och graft-versus-host disease.
